The most relevant statistics I could find that are specific to the real estate industry come from this 2016 study from Bold content.
4. 73% of homeowners would be more likely to list with a realtor who uses video to market their home.
How’s all that for ROI?! I’d say the proof is in the pudding.
Video walkthroughs take you into a space in a way that still images simply cannot. They give you some real “wow” factor that every home-buyer is seeking. You’ll be able to show off your listing’s style, character, soft tones, light textures, which will help it appeal to more viewers.
