Image selection:

Picture KC will deliver the best possible images based on the type of package that has been booked. Unless the real estate agent is present at the photography session, Picture KC will determine what images are taken. With our experience in photography and real estate marketing, we believe our shot selection will showcase the best possible features of this property.

However, we also recognize that everyone is different, and clients may have other ideas about the images they would like us to deliver. So with that in mind, if specific or unusual angles are needed, we request an agent or representative be on-site for the session to do a pre- shoot walkthrough. Alternatively, clients are welcome to send an email to info@picturekc.com prior to the shoot with specific requests.

Although we will do what we can with our experience – in determining the best possible angles and shots for this particular property – we cannot be held responsible for not taking images that we did not know a client wanted.

Additionally, we are not responsible for moving personal belongings or other items during the photography session. In order to best meet expectations, all properties must be photo ready prior to our arrival. We are happy to provide light direction for small items on-site, however properties requiring more than 15 minutes variation will be rescheduled at a $50 Fee. This is out of respect for homeowners and their belongings, as well as maintaining allotted scheduled throughout the day for the multiple clients we serve. Images are delivered by email notification the following day, or can be accessed through the Client Portal within 24 Hours of the time of scheduled photo shoot.

Cancellation Policy:

$50 charge for cancellations the day of scheduled appointment.

No charge for cancellations due to extreme weather.
$50 return trip fee if for any reason the property is not ready.

Copyright Information:

The Copyright for all photographs taken during the above mentioned photographic shoot remain with Picture KC (Samantha Ward) and are protected under local and international copyright laws. Copyright is not transferable, including third parties or sale/transfer to other real estate agents. Permission is granted to the real estate agent who made the booking with Picture KC (Samantha Ward) to use the photographs from this shoot in the marketing of this property only, for a period of 12 months from the date of the shoot. Use of any image for any additional marketing or promotion, such as for a business or individual (including any use by architects, builders, painters, kitchen suppliers, stylists/designers and any print or web publications), is a violation of copyright.

By using the services of Picture KC (Samantha Ward) you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this agreement. Please note that this copyright agreement is designed to keep the cost of Real Estate listing photography down and re-use of images from one listing to the next without expressed consent is not part of the agreement.

Payment: Payment is due upon delivery of product (i.e. photos, video, 3D Tour). Payment may be made by check, cash, debit or credit card. Cards accepted include VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. If other payment arrangements need to be made, please notify us with details prior to the scheduled session.
